On a work day very close to Xmas I lost two phases of my inbound power. It was 11.30 pm. Mr Sparky (Steve) arrived at 2.30 pm. Steve ended up calling Ausgrid and hung around until they arrived to... assist in the diagnosis. Steve made sure that my commercial building had power over the Xmas break and completed the job early January.Steve worked tirelessly for a day just before Xmas to ensure that I had power over the holidays.
