On a work day very close to Xmas I lost two phases of my inbound power. It was 11.30 pm. Mr Sparky (Steve) arrived at 2.30 pm. Steve ended up calling Ausgrid and hung around until they arrived to... assist in the diagnosis. Steve made sure that my commercial building had power over the Xmas break and completed the job early January.Steve worked tirelessly for a day just before Xmas to ensure that I had power over the holidays. I've rarely encountered anyone with such a committment to customer service. Mr Sparky, they're quick and they will not let you down. HIghly reccommended. 5 Stars.read more

I called Mr Sparky at 8.02 a.m. He took my call and then booked to attend my block of units within the hour. Although it was a complicated problem being a 1960's building he was able to fix it and I... had power back on by 9.30a.m. I was excepting no power all day!
